Not all builders offer this to their new Home Owner's, but Stone Bridge Homes NW is proud to say they do! In general, what this means is our homes are at least 15% more Energy Efficient than homes just built to "Code". Now if you own an older home, this could even be a number of 25% more energy efficient or higher.
